By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions clearly disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. Purchases for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, delivery and payment information. If you create an account, please keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Products and Appearance
House of Konil offers ready-to-ship, made-to-order and customized garments. The relevant product page or written order details will identify the options available for each product.
We take reasonable care to present accurate descriptions, photographs, sizing information and prices. Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Handcrafted embroidery, embellishments and textile finishes may have minor variations between pieces. These variations do not excuse defects or material differences from the product description or agreed specifications.
Unless expressly stated, jewellery, footwear and other styling accessories shown in photographs are not included.
Editorial and occasion imagery may be used for styling inspiration. Please refer to the individual product page for the actual item offered for sale and its included components.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we issue an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
Orders are subject to availability, payment verification and confirmation of any customization requirements.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, an unresolved payment issue or a material pricing error. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
5. Pricing and Payments
The applicable currency, product price, taxes, shipping charges and other payable charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
You may pay using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment options may vary according to your location and order.
Prices and offers may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
If a material pricing error is identified, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.
6. Sizing, Made-to-Order and Customization
Please review the size guide and product details carefully before purchasing. Contact us if you require assistance with sizing or customization.
For made-to-order and customized garments, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approving the agreed design, colour, size and other specifications before production.
Production and dispatch estimates will be communicated through the product page or written order details before purchase. Delivery requirements for a particular event must be discussed with us before ordering; a requested date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us.
Changes requested after specifications have been approved may not be possible and may involve additional charges or revised timelines. Any such changes require mutual agreement.
This section does not limit your rights if a garment is defective or materially different from the agreed specifications.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
House of Konil does not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds. This policy applies to ready-to-ship, made-to-order and customized products, including requests arising from a change in preference, event plans or a size selected incorrectly by the customer.
Please check the product details, measurements and specifications before placing your order.
This policy does not exclude legally required remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, counterfeit or materially misdescribed goods, garments that do not match agreed specifications, non-delivery, or late delivery where applicable law provides a remedy.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy required by law. Where a return is necessary because of an error or defect attributable to us, we will arrange or bear the reasonable return-shipping cost.
Any refund that is approved or legally required will be processed within the applicable statutory period or, where no specific period applies, within a reasonable time. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider.
8. Cancellation Requests
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. A cancellation request does not automatically cancel an accepted order.
Whether a voluntary cancellation can be accommodated will depend on the order’s status, including whether production, customization or dispatch has begun. Any available cancellation arrangement will be confirmed in writing.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Any cancellation charge will be disclosed and applied only where permitted by law.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within India and internationally, subject to courier serviceability, import restrictions and applicable law.
Shipping within India is free. International shipping charges apply and will be disclosed at checkout or in a written quotation before payment.
Production, dispatch and delivery timelines vary according to the product, customization requirements and destination. Please review the estimates provided before purchase.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges. Responsibility for these charges will be disclosed before purchase. Where payable by the recipient, they are additional to the product price and shipping charge.
Customs processing, transport disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. We will communicate significant delays when known and provide the options required by applicable law.
10. Promotions and Offers
Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including validity periods, eligible products and minimum purchase requirements.
Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Changes to promotions will not retrospectively remove a valid discount applied to an accepted order.

The House of Konil name, logo, photographs, designs, text, graphics and other protected Website materials belong to NAVYARA LABS LLP or their respective owners or licensors, as applicable.

You retain ownership of your content. When you submit content for publication, you permit us to display it for that purpose and make minor formatting changes without changing its meaning.
We may remove submissions that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or infringe another person’s rights. Private customer photographs or communications will not be used for promotional purposes without separate permission.

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and the privacy notices presented when information is collected. These Terms & Conditions do not constitute blanket consent to marketing or unrelated uses of personal information.
